1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Power Cricket ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to play Power Cricket. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3. Game Rules & Fair Play
You agree to:
- Play fairly and not use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized modifications
- Not engage in match-fixing, win-trading, or any form of collusion
- Not harass, abuse, or threaten other players
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
Violation of these rules may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
4. In-App Purchases
Power Cricket offers in-app purchases for virtual currency (Gems) and other digital items. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or traded outside the Game.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Power Cricket — including but not limited to artwork, animations, card designs, game mechanics, music, and code — is the property of Kuvira Cybernetics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep Power Cricket available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to discontinue the Game at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kuvira Cybernetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of virtual items or progress.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
